The Fit365 Shake Story

As personal trainers and clinical nutritionists, for years clients came to us asking for a quality protein shake to meet their convenience and protein needs.  We had carried other protein shakes but were never satisfied with the quality of ingredients or the taste.  Our clients demanded better and but we knew at that time there wasn’t a truly healthy, great-tasting protein powder on the market.

So we developed Fit 365 and refused to cut corners on quality or taste.  With a team of Naturopathic Doctors and Food Chemists, we searched the globe for the healthiest natural ingredients.  Instead of processed cocoa, we found the highest antioxidant, best tasting of over 1,000 types of Organic Cocoa.  From the Himalayan Mountains, we discovered Pink Salt, the most pristine, mineral rich of the sea salts.  From New Zeland, we found hormone-free Bovine Colostrum, a great protein source that is fantastic for the immune system.

Yet the keys to Fit 365 are the sweeteners.  Most protein shakes on the market are sweetened with the artificial sweeteners Sucralose, Aspartame, or corn syrup and the natural products are primarily sweetened with Stevia-- which has an unpleasant, bitter aftertaste.  We found an incredibly rare fruit that grows only in a few remote mountain regions in the Guangxi province of southern China called Lo Han Guo.  Lo Han is an excellent antioxidant that is high in Vitamin C content, low-glycemic and calorie free.  We balanced Lo Han Guo with Xylitol, A natural, low glycemic sweetener found in many fruits and vegetables.
